Caregivers and Nursing Assistants

We refer trained personnel who have the following qualities:

First aid

(Active CPR)

Caregivers and Nursing Assistants are trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) which is an emergency maneuver. It consists of applying rhythmic pressure on the chest of a person who has suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest so that oxygen can continue to reach their vital organs.

Immediate initiation of CPR can increase the chances of survival by 40%.

Company and attention in their daily lives.

Our Caregivers provide support to the elderly in the activities of daily living. If the patient is in a place of care, it will help them improve their quality of life.

These also help patients to stay at home, maintaining their family and social roles.

Preparation of daily activities schedule.

Our Caregivers plan their daily activities.

This includes:

• Meal schedule.

• Personal care.

• Family and social activities.

• Medical visits.

• Medication intake reminder.

Experience

Caring for an older adult is a rewarding experience in many ways. Older people are vulnerable and require special attention. Their lives can be lonely, and a good caregiver can meet that need in many ways, sometimes being their only company. And one of the most rewarding benefits of caring for the elderly is the relationship that is established between the patient and the caregiver.

Assistance in medical appointments

Our Caregivers accompany the elderly to their medical appointments, provide the necessary support and stability to keep the elderly calm and safe.

They are trained to act promptly in an emergency, providing confidence to the elderly.

Background Check.

It will be a requirement for all applicants to be part of our team, to have their corresponding certificates and present their Background Check.
